    I bought a Thinkpad and a desktop from them. The Thinkpad had no problems; the desktop had a faulty CD-ROM drive which, after one phone call to a competent tech support guy, shipped in a couple days, no charge.

      This product delivers sloppy, bloated code. While it may look ok on one version of Internet Explorer, it has errors and does not appear correctly in most browsers

    • Word

      This product has useless features, takes too long to load, produces large files for small documents, and is expensive, in labor and money.

    • Access

      This proprietary database system is too expensive, in time and money, and not really compatible with conventional databases.

    All of these Office products can be realized for less time and no money. For word processing, spreadsheet, database, etc. products, go to OpenOffice.org. For database, try MySQL. For image enhancement, try the GIMP.

    There are many open source and free applications one can use, instead of being locked into one format.

    I had some issues with some of the material and when I spoke to the manager in the Whitensville store, I was treated with respect and professionalism, even though I did not act with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

    They came in, messed up each window and door they sold us and installed, made repairs (not replacements) to the units the installers damaged during the installation. We still have a storm door that will not close properly due to a poor installation. The professionalism in this company is lacking and I would recommend steering clear of them.

    I bought a desktop machine from them that arrived with a bad CD-RW drive. One call, a replacement arrive a few days later, set up to send the bad drive back. No problems at all!

    Had a two night reservation and left after the first night. The cleaning person left the alarm clock set at midnight and woke us up, after a long day of driving in heavy traffic.
